FreeRTOS error while compiling

Hi All,

I am new to FreeRTOS. I opend the demo project and followed instruction how tp build project on dspic devices from FreeRTOS web.

I am getting problem wit .gld file systex error. the error is "c:\program files\microchip\mplab c30\bin\pic30-coff-ld.exe:..\..\..\..\..\..\..\Program Files\Microchip\MPLAB C30\support\dsPIC33F\gld\p33FJ256GP710.gld:6: syntax error"

I want to know how to solve this one

your help will be highly appreciated

The error looks like it is telling you that the syntax error is in a Microchip provided linker script, not in FreeRTOS.

Are you mixing and matching compiler versions? Which compiler and IDE version are you using?

Hi I am using MPLAB 8.76 and c30 v3.10 compiler.
