unable to compile MSP430F149 demo app

Posted by Nobody/Anonymous on June 27, 2005
I am unable to compile the demo app. The version I downloaded is v2.6, but the present kernel source code version I am finding is v3.1.1
How can I make the demo app compatible with the present v3.1.1

The V2.6 demo app should build with the V2.6 kernel source - likewise the 3.1.1 demo app should build with the 3.1.1 kernel code.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say you downloaded V2.6 but are finding V3.1.1. Did you download V2.6 some time ago, and now want to download the V2.6 demo app again? If so then this is still available from sourceforge.

If you go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/freertos, you will see a table titled "Latest file releases". If rather than clicking the 'download' link in the table you instead click the 'FreeRTOS' link in the package column you will be taken to a page from where V3.1.1 all the way back to V2.4.2 are available.

Hope this helps. Regards.
