FreeRTOS Low power Demo on STM32L152_Discovery

Posted by hmtsai on July 23, 2015

I study the low power mode on FreeRTOS and use STM32L152Discovery. I notice configUSETIMERS is 0 on the FreeRTOSConfig.h when configCREATELOWPOWER_DEMO is 1. It means if I can't use the xTimerCreate on low power mode. If I want to use ostimer API. How can I do?

Thanks

I think the current release version of FreeRTOS has a limitation in that you can't enter a sleep state indefinitely if configUSE_TIMERS is 1. The head revision, in SVN removes this restriction.

Regards.

It was meant to be released some time ago ;o) The head revision is available in the public SVN repository though.
