[FreeRTOS Home] [Live FreeRTOS Forum] [FAQ] [Archive Top] [January 2008 Threads] xQueueSendToBack from two different tasksPosted by dre on January 6, 2008 Didn’t find anything about this when searching the forum.
If I have two different tasks submitting messages to the same queue, do I have to use mutexes to protect the adding of data or is that done within the function?
Thx,
Dre
RE: xQueueSendToBack from two different tasksPosted by Richard on January 7, 2008 No mutexes required - all the mutual exclusion is handled within the queue itself.
