Unfortunately the screen casts are very old, but although they show an old website, the information they contain is I think still useful.

Which menu are you referring to in this case? If it is the "demos listed by port" mentioned in the screen cast then this has been replaced with: http://www.freertos.org/RTOS_ports.html which contains links to a list for each microcontroller family.
