SDCC/PIC18 support

Posted by gwaa on March 20, 2009
Hello list,
If I am not wrong, there is no official support for SDCC/PIC18. I successfully use/adapt existing PIC18 code in order to compile FreeRTOS with SDCC. This works for an simple application with 3 tasks, each task blinking a led, but this needs more testing.
What is the procedure to post a proposal for a new DEVICE/COMPILER in FreeRTOS project?
Thanks

Hi - sounds good. If you send your project to me I can keep it on record. Please send it to r (dot) barry {at} freertos.org. Thanks!

Regards.
