doess anyone have experience in using FreeRTOS on a HCS12XGate controller. I have such a micro available and was just asking myself how this independed XGate controller (like a TPU on other freescale micros) can be embedded in the RTOS.

Any ideas would be great

Interprocessor communications is very similart to intertask communications and the same precautions are required. Have you seen this doc?
