The implementation must read a single sector from the physical media.
Parameters:

A pointer to the F_DRIVER structure returned by the call
to F_DRIVERINIT() originally
used to initialise the drive from which the sector is to
be read.

A pointer to the buffer into which the data read from
the sector is to be written.

The number of the sector to be read.

The sector was read from the physical media.

| Any other value |
The sector number was out of range.
